Lomin supplies AI OCR solution for KakaoBank's non-face-to-face loan screening
Lomin announced on the 3rd that it had supplied its AI OCR (optical character recognition) solution to KakaoBank for non-face-to-face loan evaluations. The AI OCR solution developed by Lomin is a deep learning-based solution that accurately extracts only the required information by simultaneously using both the morphological features of the document image and the contextual characteristics of the OCR-recognized text. This allows for the automatic extraction of data needed for loan evaluations from four types of document images submitted as photos.
