Lomin Inc. (CEO Jihong Kang), a leading innovator in Document AI, announced today that it has entered into a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with ICT solutions provider LIG System (CEO Giljun Hong) to jointly enhance its Document AI solutions and expand its presence in the enterprise market.

Under the agreement, the two companies will establish a collaborative framework centered on solution distribution and joint business development efforts. The partnership is designed to bolster both parties' competitiveness in the rapidly evolving Document AI sector.

Rather than a simple technical integration, the collaboration aims to form a structurally aligned partnership with real-world business application at its core. Lomin will contribute its proprietary Document AI platform, Textscope® Studio, to lead the technology integration and product supply, while LIG System will leverage its expertise in enterprise system implementation and solution proposals to facilitate broader market penetration.
